Wholesalers live on three things: breadth of supply, certainty of grade, and margin protected by clean logistics. This page answers the six questions wholesale buyers ask us most — in the order they usually come up — and shows the process and the paperwork behind each answer.
The six questions
What wholesalers ask — answered
Can I mix models, sizes and brands in one order?Yes — mixed-container programs are the standard way we work with wholesalers. Combine any models from the 54-model program in one order: one quotation, one invoice, one shipment, with a packing list that breaks down quantity and grade per model.
How do you confirm grade and batch before I commit?Every offer comes with a written grade line per model, and the batch photos and inspection results are attached to the quotation. The grade and quantity on the quotation and packing list are the reference for any claim.
Do you sell by carton or by pallet? Both. Carton-level orders work for stocked models and sample programs; wholesale pricing steps in at pallet and container scale. For mixed containers we provide the loading plan before booking so you know exactly what fits.
How do inspection, packing and delivery work?Panels are inspected and graded before dispatch. Packing is export carton with foam protection, palletized for container orders, with the loading plan shared before shipping. Delivery is FOB Shenzhen / Guangzhou, HK bonded re-export where useful, or door-to-door air freight.
How do repeat customers update their supply list?Your list is kept as a versioned rotation list. Ask for an update any time and we return it with current availability and grade per line — the version date is printed on every quotation so both sides quote from the same snapshot.
What information does a quotation need?Model (with exact suffix) and quantity per line, destination port or country, grade requirement, and whether this is a one-off or a recurring program. With those five items we reply with availability, grade and pricing within 8 working hours.
